If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be requested within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Footwear must be returned in its original shoe box
• Apparel and accessories must include all original tags
Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.
Shipping Fees
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method
• CALTONE is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit
How to Start a Return
Step 1: Request an RMA Number
Please contact us at support@caltone.net to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Requesting an RMA helps ensure your return is processed efficiently.
Step 2: Prepare Your Package
• Include your RMA number inside the package
• Return items in original packaging with all tags attached
• Use a sturdy outer shipping box
• For footwear, place the original shoe box inside a protective shipping box
Step 3: Ship Your Return
• Use a trackable courier such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS
• Keep your tracking number for reference
• You may notify us once the return has been shipped

Processing & Refunds
• Returns typically arrive within 2–7 business days after shipment
• Once received, returns are inspected and processed within 1–3 business days
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Your bank or credit card provider may take 5–10 business days to post the refund

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly at support@caltone.net.
We will review the issue and work toward a resolution as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
Customers may return eligible items and place a new order for the desired item.
Warranty & After-Service
CALTONE does not provide warranty or after-service support for items that have been worn or used.
Normal wear-and-tear or damage occurring after use is not covered.
