Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is completed
• Processing time does not include weekends or holidays


Shipping Coverage

• We ship within the United States (excluding certain non-continental destinations). Shipping availability is confirmed at checkout.
• If a destination is not eligible for shipping, the order may be canceled and refunded.


Address Restrictions

PO Box addresses are not accepted
• Orders placed with a PO Box may be delayed or canceled until a valid physical address is provided


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

All orders include tracking information.

Standard Shipping
• Flat rate: $9.99
• Free shipping on orders $99 and up
• Free shipping (orders $99+) is applied to standard shipping only
• Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after shipment
• Standard shipping is the default method for most orders
• Expedited shipping services are optional and require an additional charge

We primarily ship via UPS Ground. However, for standard shipping orders, the carrier may be changed to another equivalent service (such as USPS or FedEx) without prior notice as needed to ensure efficient and timely delivery.
Delivery times remain consistent regardless of the carrier used.


Expedited Shipping Options (Paid)

Customers may select the following expedited services at checkout:

• UPS 3 Day Select
• UPS 2nd Day Air
• UPS Next Day Air

Pricing for expedited shipping is calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination and selected service.

Delivery times depend on the selected service, destination, and carrier conditions.

• Expedited shipping rates vary and are shown at checkout before order completion


Delays, Losses & Carrier Issues

Delivery estimates are provided as general guidelines and may be affected by holidays, weather conditions, or carrier-related delays.

Local pickup and in-person services are not available.
